Are there any discounts if I purchase multiple items at the same time?

Any discounts for multi-license purchases are included in the store by default. For large environments with a large amount of user license requirements or Yurbi App requirements please contact us at sales@yurbi.com to see if you qualify for an Enterprise License Agreement

3. Payments and license provision

Which payment methods are accepted and what are your payment terms?

5000fish accepts the following payment methods for Yurbi products:

  • Credit Card via our secure order form - AMEX, VISA, MC, and Discover
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Bank Check

5000fish’s payment terms are strictly cash only or 0 day. This means that your permanent license key will not be issued until payment is received. If you have placed an order but find that you are waiting for your organization to make payment, you can contact us at sales@yurbi.com to request a fully functional temporary 30-day license key.

I am an international customer, will your bank transfer details work?

Yes, your bank may request a SWIFT code, however, they will be able to determine that from the US Bank Routing Number. If you have any problems please contact us at sales@yurbi.com

After I purchase do I need to reinstall the software?

No, you will receive an activation code via email. You simply need to log into your installed Yurbi software and enter the activation code in the License Management section of the Admin tab.

How is the software distributed? Will I receive a CD-ROM or shrink-wrapped product?

No, the Yurbi software is available for download from www.yurbi.com. Any purchased upgrades or options will be delivered to the email address provided as an Activation Code. Please contact sales@yurbi.com if you need any special assistance.

After an order has been placed, how and when can the license key be accessed?

Within 15 minutes you should receive an email with the activation code of the item(s) purchased. Please check your spam or quarantine area if you do not receive the email. Please contact sales@yurbi.com if you do not receive the email or need a resend.

Can I evaluate the product for free before purchasing it?

Yes, each item available in the store, except for training and services, can have a 30-day free trial which can be activated from the Admin tab with your installed Yurbi software. If you would like to extend the time of the trial or request an additional 30-day trial please contact sales@yurbi.com

Can I get a refund after purchasing a product?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee for 30 days, no questions asked. Simply email us at sales@yurbi.com if you would like a refund. Refund requests after 30 days from date of purchase cannot be honored.

4. Software maintenance (support and updates)

What is software maintenance?

Software maintenance covers access to any relevant support and software updates for your software license. All Yurbi licenses include 12 months of free maintenance (commencing from the date of purchase).

When does my software maintenance start?

Your 12 month software maintenance period will start from the date of payment confirmation.

Can I purchase more than 12 months of software maintenance?

Software maintenance is included in the annual term license of Yurbi. By default the annual term is 12 months, if you are interested in a 2 or 3 year term license please contact sales@yurbi.com

What happens after the first 12 months? Can I use the software without active software maintenance?

Yurbi is sold as an annual term, right to use license. After 12 months the product will cease to function and you will not be able to use it unless you renew the annual term. Support and Maintenance is included in the annual term.

How can I purchase a term renewal?

You can purchase the needed licenses from the Yurbi Store (buy.yurbi.com) or contact sales@yurbi.com for assistance. Assuming we have your current email address we will notify you via email 90 days prior to term expiration with renewal information.

Can I reduce user licenses at renewal?

Yes, at renewal you only need to purchase the licenses that you need for the next 12 month term. Any licenses not renewed will be unavailable for use after their 12 month term expires.

Do I have to wait until term renewal to add licenses?

No, you can purchase additional Yurbi licenses at any time. New licenses will have a 12 month term from payment confirmation, to purchase a license synchronized with your other Yurbi license terms contact sales@yurbi.com

5. Licensing

How are users counted in Yurbi licenses? Named or Concurrent Users?

User license are Named licenses in Yurbi. A named user requires a Universal or App Specific User License for each Yurbi App they need access to. If you have a large amount of users please contact sales@yurbi.com to discuss our Enterprise License Agreement options.

When I purchase a Yurbi upgrade option do I still get the free user and Yurbi App included in Yurbi Community Edition?

Once you purchase a Yurbi upgrade option you migrate to the Yurbi Team Edition, however, everyone, regardless of software edition receives 1 free user and 1 free Yurbi App forever.

When I purchase a Yurbi upgrade option do I get improved support on the entire solution or just the purchased option?

Any Yurbi purchase automatically upgrades you to Yurbi Team Edition or Yurbi Enterprise Edition (depending on what was purchased). After purchase you will receive the support offered by Team or Enterprise edition for the term purchased and for the entire product, not just the item purchased.

How do I generate a new trial license key?
