Public View Report Licenses

Be “anonymous” and easily grant others access to your Yurbi saved reports.

Yurbi is designed to be a very secure application. However, we know some organizations do not require the extra layers of security that Yurbi provides, allowing easy sharing of entire databases or just a subset of report data.  For those organizations, Yurbi offers Public View Report Licenses, which allow anyone with access to the web address the ability to run, analyze, and export report results without a Yurbi user account.

The Yurbi Publie View Report License allows an unlimited number of Guest Users to view unsecure Yurbi reports and dashboards without requiring them to log into the Yurbi system.  This helps to streamline an organization’s deployment of reports and reduces costs by making reports and dashboards available to anyone in the environment.

How it Works

Yurbi reports can be designated as “anonymous” when saved in the Yurbi Self-Service Library.  This allows anyone with access to the web address the ability to run and analyze results without requiring a Yurbi user account.  The following are examples of when organizations utilize their Public View Report License for others to have unfettered anonymous access to their organization’s saved reports:

• Yurbi reports are being embedded into a secure portal where users are only granted access to specific reports determined by the portal administrator. Being anonymous reduces the need to login.
• Yurbi reports are being embedded into a public internet website and open for everyone to see, analyze, and export report results.
• Yurbi reports are open to everyone in the organization and if the user is authenticated to access the network, they are authorized to view, run, analyze and export any Yurbi report or data without logging into Yurbi.

Pricing Structure

Yurbi Community Edition provides five “anonymously” or public view saved reports.  If your environment requires more than five “anonymously” saved reports, then additional Yurbi Public View Report Licenses are required.

The Public View Report Licenses are sold in packs of 10.   Once activated in Yurbi, Report Builders will be able to save as many reports as they have purchased Public View Report Licenses for. Each public view saved report consumes a Public View Report License.  If the Report Builder deletes a public view report or modifies it to remove its public view properties, then that Public View Report License is available for usage by another public view report.
