Report Scheduler and Distribution Option

Automate to receive Yurbi reports to run when you want, as often as you want.

The Yurbi Report Scheduler and Distribution Option allows users to automatically schedule and deliver Yurbi reports to themselves or other user accounts.  The addition of the Yurbi Report Schedule and Distribution Option allows both Agent and Builder user accounts to schedule a report to run when you want it and as often as you want it. 

Reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, weekly, or in specific minute increments.  The user can also specify the time of day for the report to run as well as which days of the week.

How it Works

Yurbi Report Scheduler and Distribution Option secures your organization’s data by ensuring that reports can only be sent to user accounts defined within Yurbi.  The Yurbi administrator can schedule reports to be automatically emailed to Yurbi users, or placed in a server directory for another application or automated process to collect.  Each Yurbi user receiving a scheduled report receives only the data they are authorized to see and data can be distributed in the following formats: HTML, PDF, Microsoft® Excel, and Comma Separated Values (CSV).

The Yurbi Report Scheduler and Distribution Option executes each report in the context of the recipient. So, if a Yurbi user does not have permission to see a report, they do not receive an email.  If a user has permission to see a report, then their Yurbi security policy will control what data from they report they can see.  For example, if their Yurbi security policy limits their data view to only their department’s information or a specific customer account, then that is the only information that Yurbi user will receive in their email

With the Yurbi Report Scheduler and Distribution Option you can:

• Automate the delivery of Yurbi reports for email delivery in common export formats
• Delivery daily or weekly metrics and key performance indicators to mobile devices
• Schedule Reports to export data and save in a file system directory as input to an automated process
• Configure alert notifications to check a Yurbi query every 5, 10, or more minutes and automatically send an email alert if the query returns data
• Securely distribute information to multiple users

Technical Pre-requisites

• Yurbi Community Edition or Higher
• Yurbi User License for each person who wishes to schedule or receive reports
• SMTP Server Configured in Yurbi if Email Delivery is Desired
• Yurbi Role Base Security and/or Yurbi App Shield Option for secure report scheduler execution
