Universal App User Licenses

Grant Access to Any Yurbi App with No Restrictions on Roles.

Universal App User Licenses allow you to create additional user accounts for members of your organization that require access to Yurbi to create, view, schedule, or analyze data.   Universal App User Licenses are called Universal because they can be used to grant access to any Yurbi App type, including AnyDB Apps, Premium Apps, and Enterprise Apps.  

How it Works

The Yurbi BI Platform security model ensures that users must have a role assigned to them that is specific to that Yurbi App.  With the Universal App User License there is no restriction on assignment of roles, but a Universal App User License is required for each Yurbi App that a user has access to.  As part of a strict security model, Yurbi does not permit multiple login sessions of a user name.  A Universal App User License is required for each Yurbi App that a user needs to access.

With the Universal App User License you can:

• Expand access to Yurbi capabilities as needed, purchase only the licenses needed
• Specifically grant users the role they need for each Yurbi App they access.
